Is your life easy or hard, my friend?

Because speaking truth is hard.
Fighting for the unborn is hard.
Listening to the abused is hard.
Tending to the needs of others is hard.
Dying to self is hard.
Standing alone is hard.
Reaching the lost is hard.
Being sanctified is hard.

Living for Christ is hard.

It only brings joy when we become acquainted
with hard, and truly love what Jesus loves,
which is not chasing easy comfort in this perishing world,
but denying ourselves on the hard path that leads to eternal life.
