The Winnower’s Warning

Seeds have been sown and the sifter has come, not only to refine and purify His own, but to reveal diseased roots in a season of exposure. God is not exposing people having a weak moment with temptation, straying away temporarily into winds of worldly doctrine, or falling into sin. He’s exposing a church system that has been claiming to know Him, yet intentionally starving His sheep to feed itself.

◇ a system full of people who respond to exposure of predators, not with celebration of God’s justice and compassion for the predator’s prey, but with videos about modesty, sermons on forgiveness, and comments like “we’re all sinners” or “we’re all one step away from stumbling” as if the Spirit of God holds no power and we’re all at great risk of becoming predators ourselves.

◇ a system where exposed betrayers are showered in empathy and support while those seeking accountability are quickly attacked, silenced, and written off as graceless stone-casters.

◇ a system full of people who call out sin, debate truth, and cry out for justice for the world’s evils, but vehemently defend every spirit that quotes scripture, assuming they’re from God.

◇ a system full of people who demonize the faithful who call for repentance and give endless grace to demons who are destroying sheep because they masquerade as Christians and pretend to worship Christ within the same Sunday walls.

◇ a system full of people who claim to know the giver of life, but spend their lives using His Word meant to bring freedom to the captives, to instead speak life to the world and death to His own.

◇ a system that overlooks the anointed to elevate the ones with puffed-up knowledge who use seminary accolades and status to proudly oppose, disregard, and reject those who hold the grace and mercy of the Savior.

◇ a system full of cowardice that holds saints in bondage to satan’s fake repentance, calling it God’s freedom, while giving a pass to the wicked who trample on the cross.

◇ a system that twists scripture and uses memberships and manmade rules to rule the vulnerable with an iron fist, isolating them and depriving them of spiritual nourishment, while showering the wicked with wisdom that they don’t even have ears to hear.

◇ a system that chooses popularity, media influence, right-fighting, worldly loyalty, comfort, image and reputation over souls.

◇ a system full of indifference where wolves look to devour while scattered lambs wander the hills and valleys searching for cover.

God is not testing His bride’s ability to give reparations to the ruthless and countless grace that turns cowardice into heroism and dignity into a doormat. He’s exposing His bride’s rebellious tolerance and unity with wolves and a bride who doesn’t see them because they prefer to wear the blindfold that He died to remove.

Jesus didn’t just come to gather. He came to tear the veil. He came with a sword that slices the innermost parts of the soul to separate the contrite from the defiant, the judged from the forgiven, the wheat from the chaff, and the ones burning with His refining Spirit from the ones kindling His consuming fire.

He didn’t just come with grace. He came with justice. He came with a flame of truth that burns division into the darkness, giving mercy to the repentant and terror to evildoers.

For it is time for judgment to begin at the household of God. – 1 Peter 4:17

Every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will recognize them by their fruits. – Matthew 7:17-20

How much worse punishment, do you think, will be deserved by the one who has trampled underfoot the Son of God, and has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has outraged the Spirit of grace? For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. – Hebrews 10:29-31

I myself will be the shepherd of my sheep, and I myself will make them lie down, declares the Lord God. I will seek the lost, and I will bring back the strayed, and I will bind up the injured, and I will strengthen the weak, and the fat and the strong I will destroy. I will feed them in justice. – Ezekiel 34:15-16

Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of the things that they do in secret. – Ephesians 5:11-12
