What if someone hired the one who ended Iryna’s or Charlie’s life? Many would suggest the death penalty for them as well,
but then I often hear these same Christ-professing people suggest that abortionists be charged, but the parents who pay the bribe to hire the hitman should go free.
In this nation, hiring someone to take someone’s life is a serious crime, even when they don’t go through with it, but it’s easy to minimize it as a lesser crime when that person paying the bribe is not willing to do the dirty work themselves. Killing, however, is not necessarily just an act. The crime is in the intentionality and the malice. Malice is proven through the level of planning to commit the crime. Parents planning abortion go through consult appointments, ultrasounds, and make a series of choices days and weeks ahead of their child’s final day. Many are unaware of the details and brutality of the crime, but they are still knowingly paying a hitman to end a life.
Many people who witnessed these recent deaths on the train or at the university event are experiencing extreme trauma from what they saw, but imagine if these two victims were not only killed, but also suctioned violently with a vacuum or dismembered in front of these witnesses?
It’s painful to imagine, but that is what parents hire abortionists to do, and that is what God watches His creation endure. These children suffer brutal deaths. They are handed over to serial killers by the people who should protect them and love them the most.
I’m glad that Ms. Iryna and Mr. Kirk will be remembered, and I pray for justice, but there are millions of little souls who were brutally taken from this world before they could even enter it. Those who did enter it were left to die, their first breaths being their last. They will go down in history unnamed and unwanted, their value treated as nothing more than organ donor payoffs and dissected parts in a biohazard bin.
These children won’t have murals or awards given in their honor, but neither will most of us, and our lives still matter. Every single created life matters.
Many are demanding justice and suggest the death penalty for the recent murders, but at the same time, have no problem with the fact that these innocent children are unjustly given the death penalty for others’ crimes.
How long will people who claim to follow the God of truth and justice allow hypocrisy and injustice to reign? God loves sinners so much that He came to die and resurrect from the grave to free those who repent and turn toward His salvation. There is no sin He won’t forgive, but His anger is kindled at the shedding of innocent blood. He will not be mocked. He won’t sit back and allow Himself to be misrepresented through the actions and mouths of His own people.
Whether you’re the hitman or the one committing a brutal act that takes a life, you are accountable for that crime even if you don’t go through with it. Not every situation is the same and that’s why every situation requires investigation and sentence differences,
but the undeniable foundational truth is that every human being is born with innate value and a conscience. Taking the life of another is wrong, it is evil, and it is a crime against humanity deserving of justice.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and JUSTICE FOR ALL.

PENALTIES FOR HIRING A HITMAN:
FEDERAL CHARGE:
If the crime involves INTERSTATE COMMERCE —such as using a cell phone or the internet to hire the killer, or if either party travels across state lines—it can be prosecuted as a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 1958.
DEATH occurs: A fine of up to $250,000 and/or life imprisonment or the death penalty.
PERSONAL INJURY occurs: Up to 20 years in prison and/or a fine.
NO DEATH OR INJURY occurs: Up to 10 years in prison and/or a fine.
You could be charged with one or more of the following serious crimes, even if the murder is not carried out:
SOLICITATION to commit murder: You request, command, or encourage another person to commit murder. This can be charged even if the person you hire does not agree or follow through.
CONSPIRACY to commit murder: You agree with another person to commit murder, and one of you takes an overt step toward completing the crime.
ATTEMPTED murder: If the hitman tries but fails to kill the target.
MURDER: If the hitman succeeds, both the person who paid and the person who committed the murder can be charged. In this case, the individual who paid for the killing is legally responsible for the death.
