We struggle to process what happened to Ms. Iryna Zarutska. She was young and unsuspecting. She was someone’s daughter. We struggle to process the legal leniency that allowed her killer to be on the loose,
but the indifference to human life and legal leniency didn’t start on a train. It started over 50 years ago at the abortion clinic.
How can we allow abortion and not think of each one as someone’s unsuspecting son or daughter? How can we allow babies to be suctioned and dismembered and the legal leniency that encourages it to continue? Is it okay to choose who gets to live based on where they are located? Is it okay to allow evil if we call it good? Is it okay to unjustly slaughter human beings if we call it healthcare? Is shedding innocent blood okay when we don’t see it?
God knows every single one. He created them all. We are a nation that claims His name, yet one that mocks Him daily by turning a blind eye to His enemy’s destruction.
Over 50,000,000 murderers are walking free in this nation alone, some still shedding innocent blood over and over again. The Lord is unveiling the fruit of our ways. How long can this go on?
How long can this go on?
How long will you judge unjustly and show partiality to the wicked? Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked. – Psalm 82:2-4
If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. – 2 Chronicles 7:14
Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of the things that they do in secret. – Ephesians 5:11-12
